omlette

This week has seen a lot of long running and recovery is vital. This morning protein had to be the first thing that touched my lips. Protein is vital for muscle recovery and so a hearty omelette is just what I needed. All it took was 5 minutes and it was done. And it was delicious. This is what you need

2 eggs
splash of milk
some ham
1/2 tomato diced
spinach leaves
+ whatever vegetables you desire
cheese optional
Salt and pepps

put the ham, tomatoes, veggies in a non-stick pan. whisk up the eggs and the milk and pour over the veggies. Add salt and pepper. Cook until the base and top are cooked through….fold over and take off the pan. Eat!
