Running Mums Australia is centred on empowering you as a runner to reach your potential. We have a variety of programs to help you achieve your next running goal. All of our beginner and intermediate programs are written with the mum athlete in mind, designed by experienced coaches and available for free for RMA Members of the Benefit Program. All Trail Running Programs are only available via online one on one coaching with our RMA coaches.
