Rochelle is a Level 2 accredited running coach and a former Australian representative at the IAAF World Championships in 2019. As a coach and a mum, one of my core beliefs is that running should complement your life, not complicate it. I understand that many women juggle multiple roles and that often the biggest challenge isn’t just the physical training, but the mental and emotional load they carry. Whether someone is navigating early motherhood, peri-menopause, injury, or the realities of solo parenting, I aim to meet them where they are.As a running coach I check in, listen deeply, and then work together to adjust your plan in a way that makes it manageable, realistic, and still purposeful. Flexibility isn’t a fallback, it’s a strategy. A program only works if it works for the athlete, and that means adjusting it before burnout or overwhelm hits, not after. While I do love a well-structured plan, I don’t believe in rigid coaching. Life is dynamic, and training should be too. My coaching style is adaptive rooted in evidence based practice but shaped by the individual. I’m always prepared to tweak it day to day or week to week, based on what’s happening in an athlete’s life.My coaching specialty lies in road running—from 5K to marathon and beyond.
I particularly enjoy helping athletes prepare for half and full marathons, and I also support trail runners and ultra-distance athletes (UTMB chasers) . I’m passionate about building strong, sustainable running foundations, and I tailor my approach depending on where each athlete is in their journey. Whether they’re chasing a PB, rebuilding after injury, or just trying to find consistency amidst chaos.
